Wondering what kiln-glass is? Let's get the ball rolling and begin building a foundation upon which many kiln based glass projects can be built. In this introductory workshop students will make (2) two kiln formed glass dishes while learning the steps to make them. There will be a brief introduction to glass cutting after which students can choose from an assortment of possible projects which were chosen to give the student a fairly broad view of what is possible in kiln-glass. There are no pre-requisites other than a willingness to be challenged and have a bit of fun, while learning.
